Beneath the cacophony of political rhetoric and dramatics over Indian support lies this bread and butter question which 35,000 potential voters in Bukit Selambau need to answer.
PKR has been trying to make it a no-brainer since day one. Kedah Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Azizan Abdul Razak had confirmed early on that should S. Manikumar win on April 7, he would fill in the slot reserved for PKR as he would be Pakatan Rakyat's only Indian assemblyman.
Further to that, no independent candidate, Indian or otherwise, would be given this seat.[continue]
